Scope: CalforYa website and tools (including Beta)
By accessing or using CalforYa (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms; changes take effect when posted on the website.
Outputs (calculations, charts, reports, recommendations) are for education, preliminary checks and assistance only and do not constitute professional engineering advice, certification, or producer statements (e.g., PS1/PS2). All inputs, assumptions, models, and results must be independently reviewed and verified by a suitably qualified engineer against the latest standards and specific project conditions. You accept sole responsibility for how you use results.
Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must not impersonate others or use unauthorised accounts.

All website content, tools, code, and documentation are owned by CalforYa or its licensors. You receive a revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service subject to these Terms.
We may integrate third-party components or link to external sites. Their availability and content are their responsibility; we provide no warranties for them.
Some features may be Beta. The Service may change, suspend, or stop at any time. Beta features can be incomplete or contain errors.
(If paid plans are introduced) Prices, quotas, and features may change. We will notify via the site or your provided contact details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Our total liability for direct damages is capped at the fees you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months (or NZD 0 if none).
You will indemnify and hold CalforYa harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
